Dr. Daniel Buchalter, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive hip and knee replacement, Birmingham Hip Resurfacing, and complex hip and knee reconstruction. Dr. Buchalter completed his joint replacement fellowship at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), where he received the Paul M. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital, where he was honored as Executive-Chief Resident and recognized with multiple awards for leadership, teaching, and research. Dr. Buchalter has contributed extensively to orthopedic research, authoring over 50 peer-reviewed publications and presenting his findings at international conferences.
